Book Edit: The Hating Game

It is the 2nd of the month which means…. dun dun dun…. book edit thingy time.

Remember the answer to the question ‘why?’ is ‘why not!’ and as I can’t think of a why not I’m pretty much going to keep doing these. Even if you beg me to stop. Please don’t beg me to stop, I’ll probably mask the pain with a smile and then eat my body weight in ice cream.

This edit is based on ‘The Hating Game’ by Sally Thorne and I dedicate it to Sara @ The Bibliophagist as I know how much she enjoys The Hating Game and so I do hope she enjoys the edit!

The Hating Game has a review pending (I’m telling you, I stocked up on these before starting this blog) and it was a book that I found light-hearted and fun and easy to read. It was the book equivalent of a bowl of strawberries and cream, something which Lucy and Josh would enjoy greatly.

  1. Ooh, this is just lovely! Who would beg you to stop? (haha I’d beg for you to continue πŸ˜› ) I haven’t read the Hating Game yet, but sounds like I totally should! I mean, so many people seem to be raving about it, so I don’t know why I haven’t yet. Great post!!

    1. I’m hoping no one will beg me to stop πŸ˜› I have no shame in crying in public places or snotting over my laptop! The Hating Game is bit trope-y but it’s a cute, fun little rom-com. Not for everyone I think but I found it good fun!

    1. Thank you! Ah I love Wimbledon! Me and friend were lucky enough to go one year and we walked around with our Pimms and strawberries and pretended that we belonged there πŸ˜‰ I think the squeals we were emitting probably gave the game away a bit that we didn’t…
